Build #1 — High Power, Extended Range & Suspension Upgrade

Customer Needs:
The rider requested significantly stronger power output, extended riding range, and improved suspension performance for more demanding terrain use.

Our Solution:
We developed a dual-system upgrade architecture:

  • Integrated an auxiliary battery system with controlled power balancing to increase total energy capacity while maintaining stable voltage output.
  • Installed a dual-motor configuration by adding a front hub motor, requiring fork load assessment, torque distribution balancing, and controller reprogramming for synchronized power delivery.
  • Reinforced front suspension setup to handle increased torque and improve stability under load.

Result:
A high-performance dual-motor eBike with extended range, stronger climbing ability, and improved stability across different riding conditions.

Build #2 — Classic Design with Extended Range Integration (Prowler)

Customer Needs:
The customer loved the classic Prowler design but required significantly longer riding range.

Our Solution:
To preserve the original appearance while improving endurance:

  • Re-engineered the frame layout to maintain the iconic Prowler design while optimizing internal space.
  • Developed a secondary battery mounting system positioned in the pedal/step-through area, ensuring:
    • Stable handling with low center of gravity
    • No interference with riding posture
    • Easy access for battery swapping during long rides

Result:
A classic-looking eBike with dramatically improved range and real-world usability for long-distance riding.

Build #3 — Comfort-Focused Long Range Custom Build with Unique Styling

Customer Needs:
The goal was improved riding comfort, extended range, and a fully customized visual identity.

Our Solution:

  • Designed a high-handlebar ergonomic setup to achieve a more upright riding position, reducing fatigue on wrists, shoulders, and back.
  • Integrated a secondary battery system to support long-distance travel with stable power output.
  • Applied a full custom paint process with graffiti-style detailing, combined with a silver motor cover and visual accents for a more aggressive appearance.

Result:
A comfort-oriented long-range eBike with a unique visual identity, combining practicality and custom styling.

Build #4 — Full OEM Brand Customization Solution

Customer Needs:
The client required a fully branded eBike solution with custom colors and logo integration for their own market distribution.

Our Solution:

  • Developed custom paint schemes based on brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistent visual recognition.
  • Applied OEM logo branding using industrial-grade printing and coating techniques for durability and precision.
  • Manufactured the entire build through our in-house factory system, ensuring quality control, consistency, and scalable production capability.

Result:
