REVIBIKES LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Effective Date: This Warranty Policy applies to all Revibikes electric bicycles (“Product(s)”) purchased on or after July 1, 2023. Products purchased prior to July 1, 2023, are subject to a one (1) year limited warranty.

This limited warranty is provided by Revibikes (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the original retail purchaser (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”) and is non-transferable.

1. WARRANTY PERIOD & COVERAGE

Revibikes warrants that all new Products and their components are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Scope of Warranty: This warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of defective parts and components (e.g., motor, battery, controller, display, frame, forks).
Geographic Scope: This warranty is valid only for purchases and claims within the United States (all 50 states).

2. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS (WHAT IS NOT COVERED)

To prevent abuse and ensure fair use, the following are strictly excluded from this warranty:

A. Labor, Diagnostics, and Shipping

No Labor Coverage: This warranty covers replacement parts only. Revibikes is not responsible for, and will not pay for, any labor costs, diagnostic fees, assembly/reassembly fees, or repair service charges incurred by the Buyer or third-party bike shops.
Shipping Costs: Revibikes will cover standard ground shipping costs for approved warranty replacement parts within the United States. Express or expedited shipping requests will be at the Buyer's expense.

B. Wear and Tear Parts

This warranty does not cover parts that naturally wear out through normal use, including but not limited to:

Tires, inner tubes, and valves.
Brake pads, brake rotors, brake cables, and brake fluid.
Chains, cassettes, freewheels, chainrings, and derailleur hangers.
Grips, saddles, pedals, and kickstands.
Spokes, rims, and cosmetic finishes (paint, decals, scratches).

C. Battery Neglect and Degradation

While the lithium-ion battery is covered under the 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, it is not covered for:

Normal gradual decline in energy capacity over time (standard battery degradation).
Damage caused by leaving the battery uncharged for extended periods (deep discharge).
Damage caused by using improper chargers, water exposure, exposure to extreme temperatures (below 32°F / 0°C or above 104°F / 40°C), or physical dropping.

D. Misuse, Abuse, and Alterations

This warranty is void in its entirety if the Product is subjected to:

Unauthorized Modifications: Any custom builds, aftermarket electronics alterations, motor tuning, speed-limit unlocking, or installation of non-original parts.
Abnormal Riding & Abuse: Extreme riding, stunts, jumping, racing, off-road riding beyond the bike's intended design, or commercial use (e.g., rental, fleet, courier, food delivery).
Improper Maintenance & Storage: Lack of routine maintenance, exposure to the elements (rust, corrosion, sun damage), pressure washing, or submersion in water (water damage is strictly excluded).
Accidents & External Forces: Crashes, collisions, theft, vandalism, fire, acts of God, or assembly damage caused by the customer.

3. WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS

To initiate a warranty claim, you must strictly follow this procedure:

Contact Support: Email us at info@revibikes.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim: [Your Order Number]".
Provide Proof: You must provide:
- The original sales receipt or order confirmation showing the purchase date, buyer name, and bike model.
- The unique Serial Number of the ebike (located on the frame).
- Clear, high-resolution photos and/or videos demonstrating the defect.
Assessment: Our technical support team will review your submission to diagnose the issue. Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the part before contacting us, as this may void the warranty.
Resolution: If the part is deemed defective, Revibikes will ship a replacement part at no cost to you.

4. DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
REVIBIKES' TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE COST OF REPLACING THE DEFECTIVE PART.
REVIBIKES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, OR INCONVENIENCE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
