Pre Sale Questions
Q: "What's your warranty?"
All component including store bought accessories warranty 1 year. Battery: 2 years. All wearing parts are excepted. This limited warranty is void if the bicycle is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use. Q: “What's your return policy?”
Revibikes Return Policy allows you to return your electric bicycle within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Q: “Will I receive the bike assembled?”
Most part of the bike is pre-assembled, but you need to assemble front wheel, handle bar, pedal and head light(if applicable) to the bike, and we will provide the tools. Which will take 10-20 mins. You can check SETUP on our website to have a better understanding.
Q: “I want to test ride the bike where can I do that?”
You can find the nearest Revibike Dealer,Stores——store locator.
Q: “Does Revibikes sell accessories or replacement parts?”
Yes! Check out our Accessories page to see what’s available. These products cannot be preinstalled on a bike prior to shipment. They will be shipped in their own dedicated packages. Need replacement parts for repair? No worries. We don't list all parts in our store. Don't hesitate to contact us to request a genuine Revibikes repair parts. One of our friendly representative will walk you through.
Q: “Where is the product shipping from? How long does it take?”
Revibike ships from three warehouse in US to support each coastusing, based on product of your order and your delivery address. We cooperate with FedEx and UPS, ship separately according to the number of bikes and accessories you purchased. Usually you will receive items within 3-7 days,except for pre-sale items.
Q: “I am a Canadian user, how do I order?”
Our warehouse is in the US, please provide detailed address and zip code, we will confirm with the warehouse if it can be delivered.
Technical - Battery Questions
Q: “Where can i find my E-bike's serial number?”
The serial number is engraved on the head tube of frame, which is below the handle bar. It looks like BSKxxxxxx.
Q: “Is the battery waterproof?”
Yes, you can ride your Revibikes in light rain. All of our electric components are designed for water resistance. After wet riding, don't forget to wipe LCD display and battery to make them dry, otherwise overnight moisture sometimes hurt those electric parts. However, it is not recommended to ride them through very heavy downpours, or through flooded streets when the crank and/or the motor can get splashed or even covered with water.
Q: “What to do if the battery cannot be charged?”
Check whether the indicator light of the charger is displayed normally (red when charging, green when not charging/charging finished. Test the output voltage of the charger is greater than 48V with a multimeter.If you still can't solve it after replacement, please provide a video showing that the battery cannot be charged, provide the order number and frame number, and contact after-sales.
Q: “How far can I go on the ebike on a full charge?”
Up to 60 miles, more or less depending your riding style, level of pedal assist an/or throttle, rider weight, hills, and headwinds/tailwinds.Riding on lower levels of pedal assist will maximize your battery's range. Riding on higher levels of pedal assist and aggressively using the throttle will drain your battery much quicker.
Q: “When I should charge the battery of the e-bike?”
Please charge the battery once it's under 25%. Storage the battery between 25% - 75% is the best practice to extend the lithium battery lifespan. Do not leave the battery under 32℉ or above 104℉.
Q: “Does the battery need to be charged after a long time without riding?”
If you won't ride your bike for a while, charge the battery first, and then store it at a 25% - 75% charge level.
Technical - Throttle Questions
Q: "What is pedal assist?How does it work?"
Pedal assist is a bike feature that puts the power of the motor right in your pedal stroke.Pedal assist can be activated by selecting a PAS level using the PAS selector buttons. The PAS selector buttons allow a rider to dial up a specific level of assistance from the motor between 1-5 on an LCD display. On PAS 0, our bike is totally like a traditional bicycle. When on PAS 0, neither pedaling nor twist the throttle will not get motor engaged.
Q: “What does pedal assist feel like?”
The PAS is only active while the rider is pedaling. When a PAS level is selected, you will feel a boost of power from the motor in the rear wheel when you start pedaling. It will be easier to get the bike moving and it will take less effort to keep riding. As you increase the PAS level, you will find it is even easier to ride to a higher speed.
Q: "Can I use the throttle the entire ride?"
Yes, that is what it is there for! However, using the throttle the entire time will drain the battery much quicker, getting you only 20-30 miles on a full charge.
Q: "What is the highest speed the ebike will go?"
Depending on the ebike you choose, it can go up to 20mph or 28MPH to ensure compliance with state and federal laws for bikes. The top speed limit may be lowered if needed to comply with local ordinance. Cheetah: 28mphPredator: 22mphRebel: 20mph
